A breakfast experiment

We have staggered schedules and so a lot of the time we’re cooking for one or cooking for leftovers. We hit a rut recently so I’m attempting an experiment to find new recipes for food made in advance that tastes good reheated. Here’s my first experiment Broccoli Quinoa Egg Muffins.

  1. Hmmm, that looks kind of yummy. Coffee cake freezes well too. Bacon can be cooked and kept in a Ziploc in the fridge. Quiche can be kept in the fridge for a few days, tho I’ve never tried to freeze it.
